ON LINE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.  THERE MAY BE OPENINGS IN SOME DIVISIONS.  DOWNLOAD A REGISTRATION FORM AND CODE OF CONDUCT FROM THE "DOWNLOADS" TAB.  COMPLETE THE FORM AND DEPOSIT IN OUR GREEN/YELLOW LOCKED MAILBOX AT THE FIELD ENTRANCE, ALONG WITH THE FEES + $25 LATE FEE FOR EACH REGISTRATION. Players are placed in a division and on a team based on their grade level THIS COMING FALL.  YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED IF YOUR PLAYER(S) ARE ON A WAITING LIST OR ON A TEAM. 

 To register and participate in CYS soccer each player and parents/guardians must read and agree to the league’s Code of Conduct. 

 Pre-kindergarten Division

 Children ages 3 thru 5 can play soccer with CYS if they are at least age 3 by August 1, 2022.  Those entering kindergarten this coming fall will register in the kindergarten division
