On line registration is now closed. Manual Registration forms are available on our home page "downloads" tab. Complete the registration form and deposit it along with the fees (check or cash) in our locked and secure, green mailbox/yellow pole located on the road as you enter our complex at 57925 Old CR 17 (behind Beulah Missionary Church close to the CR17/CR18 intersection). As of june 9, We have; 1 opening in Boys 7-12th/Girls 9-12th grade and 3 openings in Boys 5-6th grade. all other divisions PWee-Girls 5-8th grade have a small waiting list. TO BE PLACED ON WAITING LIST, MUST SUBMIT REGISTRATION FORM WITH FEES THAT WILL BE HELD UNTIL PLAYER IS PLACED ON A TEAM. IF PLAYER NOT PLACED ON A TEAM, FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
Note: As of May 1, $25 has been added to each registration. REGISTER PLAYER FOR GRADE GOING INTO THIS FALL NOT NOT NOT CURRENT GRADE.
Note our Refund Policy: A full refund will be given prior to teams being formed and jerseys ordered (typically 4 weeks after on line registration is closed.) A half refund will be given up to the coaches meeting. NO refund after coaches meeting.
