PWee, PreK and Kindergarten Registration

 On line registration is now closed.  Manual Registration forms are available on our home page "downloads" tab.  Complete the registration form and deposit it along with the fees (check or cash) in our locked and secure, green mailbox/yellow pole located on the road as you enter our complex at 57925 Old CR 17 (behind Beulah Missionary Church close to the CR17/CR18 intersection).  If you prefer card, text or email Deb at 574-250-8990 or djm0008@aol.com to meet at the entrance to the complex entrance.

As of june 16, We have;   0 openings.   all divisions are full with  a small waiting list.  TO BE PLACED ON WAITING LIST, send email to deb at djm0008@aol.com.

Note:  As of May 1,  $25 has been added to each registration.  REGISTER PLAYER FOR GRADE GOING INTO THIS FALL NOT NOT NOT CURRENT GRADE.

Note our Refund Policy:  A full refund will be given prior to teams being formed and jerseys ordered (typically 4 weeks after on line registration is closed.)  A half refund will be given up to the coaches meeting.  NO refund after coaches meeting.

REFEREE CLINIC AT CYS PAVILION 6-8PM ON JULY 9 AND JULY 15.  MUST BE AT LEAST 12 YEARS OLD AND ATTEND ONE OF THE CLINICS.  SEND EMAIL TO DEB AT DJM0008@AOL.COM WITH NAME, AGE, EMAIL FOR COMMUNICATION, CELL NUMBER AND T SHIRT SIZE.

Coaches meeting is July 8.  Practices can begin the week of July 14 at coaches discretion.  10 game regular season schedule begins July 29.  Team rosters will be posted to our website by July 14...home page "downloads" tab!  See you at the fields!
