On line registration is now closed. Manual Registration forms are available on our home page "downloads" tab. Complete the registration form and deposit it along with the fee (check or cash) in our locked and secure, green mailbox/yellow pole located as you enter our complex at 57925 Old CR 17 (behind Beulah Missionary Church close to the CR17/CR18 intersection). If you prefer card, text or email Deb at 574-250-8990 or djm0008@aol.com to meet at the entrance to the complex entrance.
As of May 7, we have openings in Kindergarten, 2nd grade, 4th grade and Boys 5-6 grade. PWee, PreK, 1st grade, 3rd grade, Girls 5-8 grade and Boys 7-12/Girls 9-12th grade have a small waiting list.
Note: As of May 1, $25 has been added to each registration and player may be placed on a waiting list. REGISTER PLAYER FOR GRADE GOING INTO THIS FALL NOT NOT NOT CURRENT GRADE.
Note our Refund Policy: A full refund will be given prior to teams being formed and jerseys ordered (typically 4 weeks after on line registration is closed.) A half refund will be given up to the coaches meeting. NO refund after coaches meeting.
